Service is pathetic, management even worse.

We were a party of 14 that had made reservations the previous day for their unlimited breakfast offering.

There was no pre-preparation at all. Empty trays for more than half an hour - each of Sabudana vada, poha, uttapam, chutney, tea , bread, most of which could have been readied beforehand but no one bothered. See photo. #mismanagenent , gross mismanagement. The individual folks that had come in for breakfast also suffered due to that.

We were also promised a 20% volume discount that management backpedaled on. Greed on their part, but we let that go so that that's not part of the equation. Greed 1

The icing on the top was that they wanted to charge for tea and bread as it was asked for "after 10:30" even though it was unlimited and no one pre-informed us that it would be charged extra! A full Rs. 1000+.Greed 2

No business ethics or business sense . My in laws and their friend circle in the neighborhood used to frequent often but not anymore I would definitely advise to avoid Spice nation, if you can find amy viable option elsewhere.

We as a family lost on the whole experience we had been looking forward to and they lost future business, so it was a lose-lose situation created by the mismanagement and greed of one person, but good life lessons usually tend to...

If you’re in Pune and looking for a great meal, this restaurant is a must-visit. I had the mutton ribs, and they were absolutely fantastic—tender, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. Every bite was a treat, and it’s clear that a lot of care goes into the food here. You might find it difficult to keep the meat and bones together. It’s too soft. And not just that, the prawns. Oh my God on the fish. All this with a nice beer in hand is where your peace is at.

The service was equally impressive. The staff was warm, attentive, and made the whole experience even more enjoyable. It’s the kind of place where you feel welcomed and well taken care of, which is always a plus.

To the team Spicenation: you guys have created something special here. The food, the atmosphere, and the service all come together beautifully. Keep up the great work!

To everyone else: if you’re in Pune, do yourself a favor and stop by. Whether you’re a local or just passing through, this restaurant is worth a visit. Highly recommended!

If you're craving authentic Indian flavors with a wide variety of dishes, Spice Nation is the place to be! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm hospitality and the rich aroma of spices that instantly made our mouths water.

The buffet spread was impressive — featuring both North and South Indian classics like butter chicken, paneer tikka masala, dosa, biryani, and a great selection of vegetarian options. Each dish was well-balanced, flavorful, and fresh. The naan was perfectly soft and served hot, straight from the tandoor.

What really stood out was the dessert section — especially the gulab jamun and mango mousse, which were the perfect sweet ending to a delicious meal.

The service was attentive without being overbearing, and the ambiance was relaxed yet vibrant — great for both families and casual dinners.

Highly recommend for anyone looking to enjoy traditional Indian cuisine with plenty of variety. We’ll definitely be coming back!
