Extremely disappointing experience due to the owner's rude behavior. We simply turned off the light above our own table because it was too bright, and he came over and yelled at us in a very unprofessional and aggressive manner. It completely ruined the mood.

Not only that, but throughout our meal, he kept circling around our table at least 3 to 4 times, clearly checking if we were done eating. It made us feel rushed and uncomfortable, as if we were being watched the whole time.

Food might have been decent, but the owner's behavior left a terrible impression. I would not recommend this place if you expect a peaceful and respectful dining experience.

And let me remind you that we pay Rs.30 for normal tea because there is comfortable seating arrangement, otherwise That vendor's tea is better...

I’ve been to almost three branches of Kannu Ki Chai, but this one truly steals the show. The staff here is incredibly nice and customer-friendly, which adds to the overall experience.

We visited Kannu Ki Chai in Pimple Nilakh and had a good experience overall. We got a seat easily — the place has comfortable seating suitable for families, with AC rooms available too. The ambience is nice and cozy.

The chai here comes in various interesting varieties and is definitely worth trying — we really enjoyed the taste. We also tried a few snacks, which were tasty, but we felt the quantity was a bit less considering the price. Overall, it is slightly on the expensive side.
