Pizza Hut | Pimple Nilakh, Pune — Restaurant in Maharashtra

My experience here was beyond abysmal. The manager Puroshottam Dhadge and the delivery guy Ankit are not just unprofessional they are very rude. My order didnt arrive for more than 2 hrs n i was kept lying to abt the whereabouts of my order. Upon raising my concerns with them both of them started swearing at me n started raising their voice n hurling insults at me along with making petty excuses. I would not recommend anyone from ordering from this particular outlet especially when they have such a cheap staff who not only do not care abt the customers, demand money even after the delay and speak to you like youre being done a favour Puroshottam Dhadge and Ankit are the worst ppl i have...

Pizza Hut Most pathetic experience ever. DO NOT order pizza on Pizza Hut App as it randomly assigns to nearest location and Pimple Nilakh is one such pathetic store with absolutely no co-ordianation. 2 hours and delivery is still not done.No communication of delay. store number shows switched off and customer care is helpless which just keeps on giving false statuses and promises to arrange call back. Strict action should be taken against the store and customer care executives who are co-ordinating such scams/frauds...

The food quality seems to be average. Ordered 2 pizzas - Mexican Fiesta and Mazedaar Makhni Paneer. The atmosphere can be improved because many little insects were roaming on most of the tables. They should take care of it on priority. Secondly, the menu should be user friendly and complete. They have 1+1 combo starting at 299...but later it came to know that its the cost of single pizza and you have to pay 299 more for the other one. Place is quite expensive conpared to the food they serve and ambience...
