KFC — Restaurant in Maharashtra

🚨 Urgent Improvement Required 🚨 I recently visited this KFC, I ordered a chicken bucket as Dine in order still they packed it and she said, "sir, you can eat it here only". At that time I thought it happens sometimes so I ignored it. Then I saw many people are eating there don't have tray for food. I don't understand why don't they give the order in tray, it is easier to have food in a tray. Then I again ordered 1 double chicken roll and mention that it is a dine in order, still that lady packed my order then I refused to take it. I said, "it's a dine in order I want a tray" She said.... "sir, I already packed the order, you can have it, and eat here only."

I don't understand why they tried to pack every small order even if the order it Dine in. It's difficult to eat food without a trays. This is need to improve!

It's been a week since I posted this and the response from owner. As per his/ her recommendation, I dropped a mail to them, however, there has been no response.

Point is proved that my last review was absolutely correct and not misjudged...

Poor taste. On a sunday rush, professional KFC would do much better to retain the taste. I ordered Chicken Buger and Veg Burger

Pathetic taste. It's not that we visited KFC for the first time. We have been customer of KFC for more than a decade. Pisspoor preparations. And ultimately, nothing is commensurate with the rate. Even Dutta Snacks are better placed with taste, services, hygiene and ultimately pricing the menu.
