Shree Gurudas Cafe - Pune-Mumbai Expressway, Before Khalapur Toll Naka — Restaurant in Maharashtra

This place was earlier known as Shree Datta Snacks which was Very Popular, but has now been taken over by another Owner and the name has changed to Shree Gurudas Café. Other than the name however, everything else appears to be the same and that is why it still continues to be Very Popular. It is located in the Food Mall Area on the Pune Mumbai Expressway, adjacent to the Indian Oil Petrol Pump at the Khalapur Toll Plaza when driving from Pune to Mumbai and is a Neat and Clean Self Service Café with a Large Seating Area. There are separate Gents & Ladies Toilets which are also Very Clean, which is good. There is ample Car Parking available, so that’s not an issue either. They offer a Very Wide Variety of Local Maharashtrian and South Indian Vegetarian Snacks including Puri Bhaji, Batata Vada, Vada Pav, Samosas, Sabudana Vada, Misal Pav, Dahi Vada, Thalipeeth, Kothimbir Vadis, Poha, Upma, Sheera, Onion Bhajias, Dosas, Uttapams, Idlis, Medu Vadas, Lassi, Fruit Juices and Tea/Coffee as well. Cash and UPI Payments are accepted as well. All Items are Freshly Prepared and Very Tasty. Due to it’s Popularity, you may sometimes have to wait to get a Table and the Preparation Time may be a bit long, but the wait is worth it for the Quality of their Food. Extremely poor service. First you will have to stand in queue for 15 mins to get the coupon. Then u will have to stand in separate queue for food and tea. It took me 15-20 mins just to get food. Food is extremely poor, I ordered a poha... It was sticking in cockroaches. I just had one nibble and threw it. The management is least interested in listening to your feedback. There is a more hygienic eatary on the same side of the highway around 100 meters from this place. It's more hygienic and 100% better food...
