KFC — Restaurant in Maharashtra

One of the most unprofessional KFC outlets I’ve come across.

I had placed an order with specific requests for certain chicken pieces, which were clearly communicated over the phone. Despite that, my request was completely ignored. Even after calling and speaking with the staff, no action was taken.

When I raised a complaint, I was told that due to a rush, my request wasn’t followed. Honestly, that’s not a valid excuse. We’re paying full price, and customer preferences should be respected and even small restaurants manage this better.

The biggest disappointment was the store manager's attitude. I was promised a callback which never happened, and there was no proper response or follow-up. It’s shocking that even the manager showed no interest in resolving a simple issue.

Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I regret ordering from this outlet. Other KFC outlets provide much better service and actually care about their customers.

This store is so unprofessional that they’ve even shared an incorrect email ID for feedback. I tried contacting on the email provided, but it’s invalid. Kindly share the correct and working email ID where I can escalate my concern to the official KFC team. This just shows how casually customer issues are being handled at...

Extremely Disappointed with Takeaway Service

Had a very poor experience at this KFC branch with our recent takeaway order. The staff was rude and unprofessional—they didn't respond properly, made faces, and showed zero courtesy. What was even more frustrating is that our order was ready and sitting on the counter for about 10 minutes while we were clearly waiting right in front of it. They deliberately ignored us, and only when we asked, did they hand it over.

When we got home, we found that the order was messed up—specifically the 4-piece boneless strips, which were nothing like what we ordered or expected. On top of that, the food was bland and far from the usual KFC taste.

To make things worse, there's no proper takeaway system for drinks. We were given regular paper cups that aren’t sealed or takeaway-friendly, and of course, the drinks spilled on the way home.

Overall, a very disappointing experience—poor service, careless staff, and below-average food. Definitely not what you expect from a global brand like KFC.

KFC Ulwe – A Chill Spot That Deserves More Love (Even for Vegetarians!)

When you think of KFC, “vegetarian” might not be the first word that comes to mind — but to my surprise, their veg menu holds its own. The Veg Zinger, crispy fries, and a few other sides make for a pretty satisfying meal, even for non-meat eaters.

I recently visited the KFC outlet in Ulwe, and it’s a nice, tidy space with a relaxed vibe. Perfect for a casual hangout or a quiet bite. However, there are a few things they could improve:

Accessibility: The entrance has steep stairs and minimal lighting. A bit more effort in this area could make it safer and more inviting.

Promotion: It’s almost a hidden gem at this point. With barely any offline advertising, most people only find it online or through food delivery apps. Some solid local marketing could really boost foot traffic.

On the service side, the staff is polite and efficient. Still, a touch more friendliness — like genuine smiles — would elevate the experience.

One more thing .. they should remove the product they dont cater...
