My recent visit to the Hinjewadi branch of McDonald's left me with mixed feelings. While the food was predictably average, the overall experience was underwhelming. The fast-food chain's signature items were just as I expected, nothing exceptional but satisfying enough.
However, the service was a letdown. The staff seemed disorganized and inattentive, leading to long wait times despite the limited crowd. The lack of proper communication and coordination among the employees was evident.
The cleanliness of the restaurant was another concern. Tables were left uncleared, and the floor looked like it hadn't been properly swept in a while. It's disappointing to see such neglect in a well-known chain.
Additionally, the seating area was cramped, and the noise level was uncomfortably high. Finding a clean and comfortable spot to enjoy the meal was a challenge.

I had a simple query around one of the ice cream(soft serve oreo) which on 2nd Oct was very much served in cup without even being asked but the same on 6th Oct was to be served only in cone while the price for item on 2nd Oct was same as what I paid on 6th oct.They behaved as if I am trying to get something outside of what i ordered..I was like c'mmon. They could explain the reason if there was a brand wide Menu change, but they didnt have any convincing answer other than telling you wont be given Cone which I was not even asking. All I was looking for was an explanation of offering discrepancy by the very same store. What I was looking for was a convincing answer but they behaved as if we were beggars and dont know anything. Please teach them customer centric attitude which will come ONLY once they have good knowledge base of what they are serving rather trying to befool...
Read moreHii While writing this review, I am sitting in the outlet itself! So when I entered I came to know that the self order machines were out of stock and their system was down! As I was hungry I decided to give my order in cash in full and send me the receipt later! The problem wasn’t anything except the cashier “Yogita” who was extremely rude and arrogant with the basic greetings skills also! Whereas all the other staff are well mannered! She agreed but was extremely rude in talking with not only me but others also! While giving money also she kept saying change do Warna wapas nahi kar kar paaungi without even seeing that I am already offering her change!
The point being made here, is people who are appointed to directly face the customers should be soft spoken and well mannered! I would really like the authorities to look into this and avoid such misbehaviour!
