McDonald's — Restaurant in Maharashtra

I think I just got scammed: So recently I visited for an eat in, wherein I ordered a mcveggie by using coupon at the self check out, I also ordered a medium Coke at the counter, I paid in cash for both the items. I paid 120 bucks for the coke, as far as I remember the last I had a Medium Coke I had to pay around 90 bucks for it. When I asked for a receipt (I mean why do I even need to ask for one, shouldn't I get one after payment) for the Coke, the staff, particularly the one at the counter went into panic, they started discussing something in the hindsight and after a while they say they had put the order on a different computer, so they can't give me a receipt, upon insisting they give me a receipt which was priced around 120, but has different items on it, something like fries and a small Coke, by now I had realised there was definitely something fishy about this. When I insisted hard enough on getting an original one, they gave me a DUPLICATE one on which it was listed as 110 and final bill was of 116. I don't mind paying 120 for the Coke, but it just feels bad to get scammed, it opened my eyes as to no matter how reputable these food chains are you're still not...

I visited this McDonald's branch with my friends, expecting a quick and satisfying meal. However, our experience was far from desirable. We tried to order through the machine, but GPay/PhonePe and card payments weren't working. We opted for the Pay at Counter option, which seemed like a good workaround. When we reached the counter to pay, we were told they don't accept cash 😑. One of my friends had to leave and come back with cash, which was inconvenient. I ordered the Crispy Mc Veggie, and my friend ordered the Paneer Patty Burger. Unfortunately, the bun was not fresh. To make matters worse, my friend received only the patty without the bun 😂. The staff seemed uninterested and unresponsive. They didn't seem to care about our experience or make an effort to resolve the issues. Given our previous positive experiences with McDonald's, this visit was a huge letdown. The food quality and service have declined significantly. I wouldn't recommend this...

I went to this place and made payment for some stuff..money deduced from my account but the person in charge said , they haven't received money due to server problem at their end. I will get my money back in 7 days.. I said ok and I decided to pay in cash ..but the same person in charge told me to make payment again. I said no.. ..whT we will do if same this happen .he said he will take full responsibility to refund my money..I again made payment but same happend..money deducted from my account but nit received by them as problem in server. The person said I will get my money in 7.days...I haven't received any money. No one is ready to help..I am talking follow up every day. All are just saying we have already paid to you. I have send my bank statements to shoe o haven't received anymoney..but no one is making proper communication...such a pathetic service...no one is taking responsibility....very poor experience..don't...
