Collection O Bibwewadi Formerly Eon Studio — Hotel in Pune

The Owner of this hotel is a complete and straight up moron, with no co-operative or marketing skills. He has no concern for the guests in his hotel and additionally he doesn't care about the fact that it's due to app's like GoIbibo and OYO, this moron is receiving guests like us in his hotel, he completely denied my check-in telling me the price which I "already" paid through the GoIbibo/OYO app is not acceptable to them, it's low, I had to personally wait for more than an hour accompanied by another guest who had the same issue of check in denial due to low tariffs which are already set on the App, I had to personally speak to OYO customer care and sort this issue out, in the end they had to pay the hotel an addition in-house amount of 400 bucks to settle the check in issue. This kind of idiocy and behavior with customers is unacceptable and deplorable and I hope no one ever faces such hardships, SHAME ON THE OWNER OF EON STUDIO APARTMENTS, MAY HE GET A CHUNK OF BRAIN...

This is not at all budget hotel. First of all, the rooms were not cleaned. The floor had lot of dirt, the cushion covers were dirty, the washroms were not cleaned properly. Flush tank was of very low capacity. Water was not there for almost 40 mins in morning. Repeated calls to reception and OYO complaint center hotel management worked on it. For all these problems they charged me Rs. 850/- per night. Overall not at all good experience. Will suggest to check some other hotel. This one not for sure. Dont pray for rooms pics and ratings...

Worst experience. Service and attitude of the staff were pathetic. I booked the room for 2 days but booked by oyo for only 1 day and the payment was made for 2 days. The booking was done by oyo for the next day of my arrival. I cancelled the booking and booked another hotel that too was pathetic in terms of service. Even they were not able to provide me a stool to take bath in the bathroom and said that no oyo provides the stool anywhere. Got refund for only one day...
