Sujata Mastani — Local services in Pune

Very bad experience had with Sujata Mastani The people working there treating to customers as the customer has need of them and they even not at all bother about customer. First time when I went there they were started to wrap up for the day i had requested them to please give me parcel of mastanis because i have function at my home and no other shop is available at nearby. They have rudely answered to me if you had requirement you should have come early and since we are in hurry to closing down for the day we can not serve you now. I requested them twice but i have got very rude responses and treatment from them. Secondly when i went to take parcels of mastanis during their working time I took the parcel and came to home which is just 500 meters from that shop I found that out of 3 mastanies 2 completely got spilled out. I have had to throw those 2 mastanies and got only 1 safely. I can not understand if they are charging to the customers so heavely why they are not caring about the quality of their material which they are using to give while parceling the orders. I completely disappointed and got worst experience there whenever had visited them.

I wish the time will come soon when they will realise the customers are god in any business. If you do not care and value them you will be get treated in the same manner. I will not at all recommend to anyone to have visit here. I would have given rating into minus if I would have been...

The Mastani we get in this outlet is having rich taste of thick milkshake and a scoop of Pista ice cream with real flavour and sprinkled coarse pista powder takes it to heavenly feeling. Tried many places but this place is all together different and serves highest quality. Thank you owner of the outlet for the best quality Mastani.

The flip side is The cost of small size Rs. 100 and big 115 which is 2.5 times size of small but only price difference is Rs. 15. I think it’s too costly to have small size which is not justifiable.

I would say visit any sujata mastani in pune, shop you will get a same taste. It's one of famous mastani places where you get really amazing mastani. One can find it little costlier. My personal favorite is keshar pista mastani. I like to have it by melting ice cream in mastani. I think it tastes amazing instead of having ice cream and mastani shake separately. You can do takeaway Or you can have it by seating on chairs outside of the shop. I think it should tentatively be closed...
