Monginis RAVET — Restaurant in Maharashtra

It was my birthday cake and my experience is very bad used huge amount of cream and thin layer of bread which was almost dry...taste is below average..no one is buying cake to eat only cream..please work on your quality you should know ..how cakes are made...and creams are also used of bad quality you people are charging us to sell only cream with lots of decoration on it..no sense of pineapple flavour... chocolate flavour happened 2 nd time with me .as I didn't buyed from you it was surprise cake from my brother..otherwise I have already quit coming to this outlet .please prefer going next to this shop they are selling good quality of cakes..this is for all public who should not get fooled...

Very bad experience, I had with this outlet when I purchased a half kg cake for my husband birthday, it was not at all fresh and really tasted bad. And very next day we all experienced a stomachache.

When I informed them about this they have simply ignored about my complaint they shamelessly deny their mistake in this and talked with me in attitude.

In fact ,i didnt wanted to click on any star however it is not technically possible here. I really felt like how these PPL don't even have a courtesy to accept the things and apologies for their mistakes I will never visit to this shop again and tell my near one also not to visit And hoping that this won't happen to anyone...

I had given an order for 3kg cake of spider man theme but that was very poor quality and make. At my home town i used to give order in monginis Pachora and they were used to make it from Sambhajinagar and they were as same as a photo we had shared for the theme. Those were so tasty and well finished. But this Ravet monginis is very bad in taste and finishing too. There is no meaning to give them order for themed cake. Ekdam Bakwas...
