Cafe Hugs With Mugs — Restaurant in Maharashtra

Just came home from this place and the first thing I'm bout to do is spit facts here, cause in an ideal world I'd be able to rate this place in negatives. I wanted to try their pasta, they had three on the menu, penne Alfredo, arabiata pasta and mac n cheese. I'd say it's safe to believe that it's common knowledge that Alfredo is white sauce, arabiata is red sauce and mac n cheese is just cheese. We ordered Alfredo, and these people had the audacity to serve me the masala penne from maggi. Yes they serve Maggi pasta. On enquiry of why the Alfredo isn't white sauce, they simply said "you only get white sauce in mac n cheese." To add to this list of reasons why this cafe sucks, they had horribly slow service. And don't even get me started on the ambience.. the lower floor accommodation smelled like a hospital. A government hospital at that. I only take the pains to write a review when the place absolutely sucks so you can trust that when i say ten on ten do not recommend i mean it...

Being honest they should just shut this cafe and first learn how to run it. Just came home and I really wish there was a negative star coz that’s what I would’ve chose to rate them.I had ordered two penne alfredo and peach drink and a margarita pizza. First of all, their service is so low class that they didn’t get the order correctly. When I asked why is there only one pasta and that too clearly made of maggi , they had this audacity to say that it was alfredo and we don’t know what it is and how it’s made. Carrying forward, it cringes Me to say that I have paid 70 bucks for just a 25 rupee maggi pasta and that too which was not ordered. The ambience might be nice for some couples who want to meet their partners and spend time with them but to Me it reminded Me of the time I was admitted on a hospital. Seriously how can someone eat there. If someone asked Me what is the advice I’d give My younger self that’d clearly be not to go...

Food sucks 1/5 Coffee is made from powdered milk and powdered milk to coffee powder's ratio is 1:0.1...it tastes awful ...they will say that they will change the order but they don't .... Ambiance is great 4.5/5 A great hideout for those love birds But if you want privacy they will ask you to pay ₹100 and ₹100 order which is compulsory and if you want EXTREME PRIVACY you have to pay ₹200 and ₹100 order ...and if you want to brainstorm any ideas come here and phir order an cold coffee ... They have pets ❤️💞 now that's a plus point if you want to just hangout alone here you can have a great time but the waiters can be seen kicking the animals there .... Overall 3.5/5 P.S. if you are sitting in the couple areas you are most likely to get your ears busted ...Gaana...
