Oregano The Organic Pizzeria — Restaurant in Maharashtra

This is the best pizza place in Panchgani / Mahabaleshwar area. If you're a Pizza hut, Dominos or Mapro's fan, Oregano may not fit your tastebuds. Their pizzas won't be salty enough, greasy enough and basically unhealthy enough. The flavours come from fresh, real ingredients. I've tried all of the local pizza options in Panchgani and Mahabaleshwar and I keep coming back to Oregano. IT'S DELICIOUS!!! We primarily keep going there because my daughter loves Oregano Organic Pizzeria's pizza and its also my favourite place now. I have been there many times, but haven't written a review. The ingredients here are organic (obviously) and fresh. You can taste the difference. I especially like the crust on the pizzas, very nice and light. Just like my vegetables, I try to choose organic ingredients. Of course it costs a little more but definately worth it. It's all about making smart choices to be healthier, but still satisfying a craving. I've tried several different flavors and I love all of them! My favourite is definitely their Greenhouse Pizza!!! I had the margarita omg it's so good!!! I think I actually enjoy it more because the cheese is of such high quality. The Pastas are equally delicious. One of my favourite things about Oregano is the people. Everyone there is so nice. I've never experienced anything less than excellent customer service whether I've come in to dine in or had food delivered. Considering almost everyone who works here are local boys and girls with no prior experience from food service, their service is unexpectedly quick and professional as well so I'm really impressed. Their Chef does a great job training the staff and maintaining the quality of this place. I love their mix of ingredients and interesting pizzas. Everything tastes fresh and well thought out. I hope they do well and not leave Panchgani. I'll continue to order more pizza from here and would totally recommend this place to...

Amazing Guilt free pizzas - Organic, healthy and tasty. Truly the best pizza in Panchgani or anywhere else.

We have visited several times, as I live in Mahabaleshwar.

What I love about this place is that they make the pizzas fresh and use organic vegetables. Me and my family are organic food lovers and this place is a boon to us. Our prayers has been answered. My son has food allergies and suffers from multiple illnesses caused by chemicals in conventional produce and dairy. Oregano even serves him pizzas without cheese and attends to his needs.

Thin crust, organic multi grain pizzas with unique variety of options to choose from be it veg or non-veg. (specially blue cheese, feta, Parmesan cheese which you rarely get anywhere else). Even the chicken they use is without any hormones and preservatives. This place is in a completely different league, Far better quality and value for money than the overpriced Little Italy of Mahabaleshwar.

They also have very good Italian Coffee and organic tea. Seating is outside and I wish they also had inside seating, if you go to their store please meet the owner who is also the chef of this amazing place, Chef Yogi would be glad to share his wisdom and few tips.

Ambiance needs improvement but there is not much one can do with the outside seating. Interiors are clean and artsy. I would rate it a 5* for the amazing food and family like treatment :)

Note: Don't compare this with Little Italy, Dominos or pizza hut (maida cheese bursts), Oregano is a different league altogether.

What is the first thing that come to your mind when someone says "Pizza"? As far as I am concerned, the answer is "Guilt-laden food that you must have because you just cannot resisit it".

Now, what if I told you that you can have healthy pizzas that are good for our guts and body too. And that too in in the middle of Panchgani market?

Yes, you read that right! Healthy pizzas that are made of healthy ingredients like Oats, Ragi, Gram, Amaranth, Soy, Maize, Brown Rice, Jowar, Wheat, Flax and Quinoa ! I am not sure about you but I am not sure when was the last time i had so many healthy things at one go!

The pizzas tasted absolutely divine to say the least. In cold Panchgani weather, when you get served steaming hot pizzas, you will all your wishes have come true. The cheese gralic bread was quite decent too. The place was spic-span and spotlessly clean. The young team which prepared our pizzas were enthusiastic and energetic.

I urge you to visit this pizza place and have guilt-free pizzas laden with goodness of nature...good for your good and good...
