Palash as the name sounds pleasant same goes with restaurant. Atmosphere is great. Ambience is great too .Extremely great in fact. Staff is kind and attentive. Even the owner is helpful. Live music is impressive. Nowadays you have to book a table then you are let in. (In this regard, I had called the place for booking but nobody answered my call. Luckily when I visited, they let us have the table as this management problem was their side). But services are bit slow and waiters lack in communication skills (I visited soon after opening of restaurant. Currently it might have improved). Menu is costly but worth the taste. Taste is good. We ordered Mutton Biryani, Chicken Lasagna, Chicken steak. Except Chicken Lasagna nothing was good. Felt like money and time wasting. Recommended to eat : Lemon Coriander Soup Crispy Corn (Starter) Veg lasagna Paneer Chilly (Starter) Veg Biryani Tiramisu cake in dessert Spacious parking. Remarkable ambience. Not crowded unless it's weekend. Must visit one time.

First of all my rating stars do not necessarily explain about my experience at this place. Let me take a moment to congratulate the owners and promoters of this property for doing a splendid job on creating a Bali resort like interiors in the heart of a city. Definitely, a lot of work has gone through you and lot of passion is involved. Coming back to my review of this place, there are pros and cons. Like most of the promoters of owners of Restaurants this place too has been done passionately by the owner, however as a customer my experience of the interiors is only 20% of my overall dining experience the rest 80% is is food quality service. I hope the owner or the head chef is reading this review of mine and I hope they will take this review in a positive way in order to refine the entire process. 1. The table where I was sitting, there was a group of old ladies just next to my table they had ordered for a sizzler. When their sizzler came out of the kitchen the fizz had already fizzled out so there was no sizz in the sizzler. Now this is definitely something which I do want when I order a sizzler. It must have taken time for the sizzler to come from the kitchen to the service table. Not acceptable sir. 2. Some basic things like onion and lemon are mandatory if you are having non veg that too in Kolhapur. So probably, this is something that the hotel as has to offer without the customer asking for it because it is granted that anybody ordering non veg will definitely want to have a plate of sliced lemons and onions on the table. I had to ask for it. Not done sir. 3. In the air conditioned restaurant I found that there was only one service table the distance between the service table and the customer tables is quite far I think that they should have small service tables elsewhere on the floor also so that service can be faster and the freshness and hotness of the food is retained. 4. The waiters definitely need some training on etiquettes as well as presentation not that they were rude of something but definitely they are a bunch of young guys who happened to be clueless. Training is definitely required for them sir. 5. I ordered for Chicken RaRa. Now, when I am ordering a dish in a upscale restaurant I definitely expect a boneless chicken in the curry, but to my dismay I found the chicken was all with bones in the curry. You don't expect your high profile guest to chew the bones and keep them in the plate, do you? Well your guest doesn't mind paying a bit extra for that soft boneless chicken, at least give him an option. That is definitely not done sir. 6. On my table there was a fork and spoon however the knife was missing. Now this is what I meant by table etiquettes and presentation wether the guest orders for veg or non veg, but definitely a knife always has to be placed on the table. The guest should not be made to ask for an knife it looks ridiculous. Pros. 1. Definitely upscale place where you can take your family and or your partner for a private dinner or lunch it retains most of your privacy and you can have a peaceful time at this place 2. The staff was helpful and they are also soft spoken however they need training on handling guess as well as overall presentation. 3. There is enough parking space and cars can be happily Parked 4. Food quality is good but I am sure it can be made better however I was pleased with the quality of food but as I said it has to be worked and continuously improved Rest anybody who is reading my review and want to visit this hotel I advise him to definitely go visit and have a pleasurable time with the food cocktails mocktails and spirits those are available

The food is decent but where the place thoroughly failed is the service. Here's how I'd describe Palash - somewhat good food, slightly diluted drinks, confused service and great ambience. Food: - crunchy munchy - highly ok. It was spicy but there was no hint it flavor of garlic. The veggies weren't that crunchy and the fries were missing. - Drinks: the funny incident was when we ordered white wine and the guy came with a glass of red wine. No worries- understandable mistake. The epic moment was when the server tried to convince us that it's white wine that looks like red! (what!?). We of course asked him to check but wow! Just wow! - soup - tomato basil - flavorful but very 'concentrated' - as if someone forgot to add water and dilute it down to the right consistency and flavor. At times it just tasted salty and there were no croutons to break that. - Thai red curry + rice: again decent- for the price I felt a bit let down. The issue was the creaminess- either they skimped on the coconut milk or it was just a bad day in the kitchen and someone accidentally added too much water. Overall the flavor was hot or a miss but it was runnier than other Thai curries I have eaten. - chicken shashlik - this is a sizzler - too us by surprise. But tasted good - this was unexpected and we actually liked it. Service: oh so bad! The waiter would repeatedly touch the rim of our glass, masks were worn on the chin failing to cover the nose and there was just a haze of confusion. When serving they dropped their spoons. Just bad and unhygienic. They need to be trained that you can't touch spoons and glass rims with your bare hands ( esp during covid) and expect patrons to be ok.

Hotel Palash, really as a name for the experience of fine n dine. Interior and landscaping will blow your mind to relax and enjoy the mood. They have everyday karaoke. I visited on Tuesday and that day also restaurant was close to full and the live singer was also very well performing. There are multiple sitting options like open to air near the bar counter & live singer (give preference), AC section, upper deck, closed loud music section ( Black box). All the areas are in theme like gazibo structure theme. When it comes to the food then it's good i can say. All the items we took were good in taste. Service was good to come on the table on time but there is some improvement needed while serving food and interaction between steward and guest about what to serve or how to serve. Convey the same feedback to the manager for improvement. Definitely must visit a fine dine restaurant to be visited with family and friends. Thanks ๐

Palash Fine Dine is an exceptional restaurant that offers an exquisite fine dining experience. From the moment you enter, you are greeted with an elegant and refined atmosphere that is perfect for any special occasion. The menu at Palash Fine Dine is diverse and offers a range of options to suit every palate, including vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. Each dish is beautifully presented and cooked to perfection, with an emphasis on using fresh and high-quality ingredients. The service at Palash Fine Dine is outstanding, with attentive and knowledgeable staff who are always on hand to offer recommendations and ensure that you have an unforgettable dining experience. The pricing at Palash Fine Dine is higher than your average restaurant, but the quality of the food, service, and atmosphere justifies the cost. This is a place where you can indulge in a truly memorable dining experience, making it worth the splurge.

I had visited this renowned restaurant for Second time as Overall experience was good. I had visited this earlier on my birthday in 2022, Location is in heart of the city tarabai park area. I prefer Palash fine and dine just because there is live music and it's spacious ambience. Whenever you are going to visit pre book the table because it's always crowed especially on weekend days, Also they have their own bar section. We tried Paneer Tikka,Masala Papad, harabhara kabab, Veg crispy biryani etc. Many more items but We didn't get any chance to capture may photos.Food was delicious but biryani was not great in taste. Service is very slow ๐ I would suggest them to trained the staff as early as possible because people don't wait for long...
