I recently had the pleasure of visiting this amazing hotel and restaurant, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations! The establishment offers a delightful combination of affordable drinks, delicious food, and a perfect ambiance for corporate parties.

When it comes to drinks, this place hits the mark. The bar offers an impressive selection of beverages, including a diverse range of cocktails, wines, and spirits. What impressed me the most was their attention to detail in creating innovative and refreshing drink options, all at reasonable prices. It's an absolute delight for anyone looking to enjoy a great drink without breaking the bank. We tried PUNCH which costed us around 700₹ per jar which was again perfectly blended.

In terms of service, the staff deserves high praise. They were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience. Also refilling of complimentary papad and Dal was done time to time without even asking for it .

We have visited this restaurant on 29th March 2024 for dinner. It's was literally nightmare.

We have asked for menu card . Almost waited for half n hr though hotel was not fully occupied. We have ordered food n drinks along with packaged drinking water . He took order. After bringing water when we have requested glass in reply he said how many glasses required. That's comman sense when asked for glass they should serve 1 glass for each customer but what you can expect from unprofessional and untrained waiters.

After a long time wait food has arrived that was tasteless and the face of the waiter and his attitude just like he is serving us freely.

When we order drinks he said you have to manage we don't prepare any drinks with long face and hopeless tone.

Last but not the least When 4 tables were occupied waiter shut down ac abruptlly, literally without any ventilation its difficult to have dinner in such hopeless environment. Then i have scolded and asked to switch on ac till customers finish dinner or give the number of owner. That's too much now.

Then waiters discussed among themselves n started ac.

I have never expected such kind of unprofessional behavior and untrained staff in city like kolhapur. Service is too poor

Guys I'd suggest if you wish to take chance to take such kind of horrible experience plz do visit with full of patience and don't ever expect value for money.

Ambience was very impressive. One of its kinds with good selection of furniture and decor at the reception. The dining room was also very good. Interiors fantastically done. Alacart was impressive but I felt it was heavily priced . Mutton Thali which I ordered was average . Not out of the box as well as it wasn't bad. What pinched me was it's price 350 rs. Definitely service was very slow. Took almost an hour for the chicken biryani to come.

Waiters and service staff need heavy training in serving / dining room. I felt waiters weren't that qualified.

At the last they gave me a tablet to enter my rating on the restaurant which was absolutely fine. I clearly instructed the waiter to enter his name and give me the tablet back as I wanted to personally finish my raring and click yes.

But waiter entered his name and he completed the rating task by clicking yes. I didn't like this particular gesture. For example what's the gaureented that he completed the rating task with my rating points . He may have manipulated my ratings. If that's the case why you ask customers to give your restaurant the rating of their choice?

On an average i would 3 out of 5 rating for the ambience and your reception staff which were quite hospitable .

And 1 star rating for the price you charge for Thali and 0 rating for you serving...
