Pizza Hut | Dighi, Pune — Restaurant in Maharashtra

I recently visited the Pizza Hut at Pune Alandi Road Dighi, and I am thoroughly disappointed with the service I received. The tables were not cleaned, and the staff seemed indifferent to the customers. Despite waiting for a significant amount of time, no one attended to our table, and it was clear that the employees lacked any sense of customer value or service. This experience was far from what I expected from a well-known brand like Pizza Hut. I hope management takes immediate steps to address these issues and improve their service standards. There is no AC supply ,I’ve visited this store 5 times and not even a single time the AC was on ,the staff was rude , I was looking at the menu and the staff took it from me without even asking me ,I don’t know what customer service is this? Their behaviour is like we are there to eat for free? This is a serious concern and I reckon pizza hut should look after this franchise and the cutlery is...

I) 1st of no neatness and clean tables.

II) Also employee showing very busy but actually no rush and busy atmosphere in store.

III) order counter no any person available for order. If you are asking punch the order they are always told scan on table scanner and give the order.
