Worst experience with party hall team

I arranged small family function in this hall but had worst experience ever to host a family function here, Light was not there for first 2 hours they didn't even have backup generator for emergency thay were blaming MSCB for this Had embarrassing 2 hours in front of my family and friends Same for decorations, Party hall was unclean, the hotel cooks were cleaning the floor infront of us, they didn't even have special staff for party hall. Food was ok but delayed as well.

Have used Sawali party hall for Baby Shower function. God bad experience from the owner that they have given hall to different party on same day which makes our decoration delayed which cause chaos. As we hire professionals photographer on hourly basis and our function start delay due to delay availability of hall it cost us more than 2k for extra payment of photographer. I had ordered cream of mushroom soup, paneer lasuniya, paneer tikka masala, butter naan, roti, jira rice and butter milk.Out of these cream of mushroom had only water and pieces of mushroom. Paneer lasuniya was ok, paneer tikka was average. Butter naan was little burnt and I had to remove the black parts. Roti and jira rice were good.
