Sudama's Bhel on Alandi Road in Samarth Nagar, Dighi, was a thoroughly disappointing experience. Despite its reputation for offering a special "Oli Bhel," the reality was far from satisfactory. The bhel was dry and consisted of hard puffed rice, lacking the essential imli chutney that gives it the authentic tangy flavor. Instead, it was drenched in thick sugar water, which neither tasted good nor complemented the other ingredients.

The texture of the bhel was so hard that it was difficult to chew, causing discomfort and even pain in my mouth after eating it. For such poor quality, the price was unjustifiably high, making it a complete waste of money. There was nothing special about this bhel, and it felt like a blatant attempt to exploit customers by branding it as something unique and special.

Overall, the experience was highly unsatisfactory, and I would not recommend Sudama's Bhel to anyone. The quality of the ingredients and the preparation did not justify the cost, and it was evident that the place is more interested in making a quick profit than providing a good product. Dude, the cost of sudama special bhel was 50 bucks...which I think I a biggie, for bhel...but expectation if something special urged me to pay for it...but then we experienced the taste which was exactly opposite. Rather than a chatpata bhel, it was having a tangy flavour of dahi..and the taste was bizarre and the worst part was the sugary flavour of sauces used...which was again not good...so overall..i would never recommend it to...
