Pizza Hut | Janta Bazaar, Kolhapur — Restaurant in Maharashtra

This is a self service centre of pizza Hut.. The experience was quite good but the delivery was a little slow.. We had to wait for a long time for them to serve us

We ordered garlic potato pops.. They are mc cain products.. The price was around 100 bucks for just 7 to 8 pcs.. Found it too expensive. . Garlic bread was too salty..

Other things we ordered was normal The staff were very friendly..

Hygene was maintained in the restaurant I didn't like the self service thingy.. They have good seating place.. There is no waiting at all..The ambience was very ok when compared to other pizza Hut places like in metro cities.. They can...

Giving only 1 star for following reasons: (visited on Saturday evening 21Aug) Ordered Veggie lover pizza and got something else with Paneer on it which was intentionally not ordered Toppings were OK but pizza was literally half baked (I wish I should ve taken a picture at that time of the base/crust) 30rs were charged for a dipping for the breadsticks that I never got a receipt for. (Even when requested) Air conditioning was off and only few lights were turned on- More than half of the restaurant was in dark. I am really disappointed with Pizza Hut.. I have visited this place 3 years ago, that time quality was good and rate was also good.. But today when we visited this place, we have ordered two small sized pizzas but I think its size was extra small... Price was too high, around 550 rupees for two small(extra small) pizzas is I think waste of money.. Pizza base quality wasn't good at all, it was very thick and little bit undercooked, I was feeling like I am eating chewing gum.
