Planet Nine Elemental Kitchen & Bar — Restaurant in Maharashtra

This place is 10 minutes from my house and i have heard great stuff about it so i thought why not give it a go.

The following is my experience at the planet9 bistro

I would like to start with decor, ambience and over all vibe of this place. This place is huge. They have a dance floor and ample amount of seating space. It is truly made for huge parties. They can easily accommodate atleast 25-30 people without getting crowded. This decor and over all idea of this place impressed me the most. They have adopted the idea of elements of life. They have an earth seating which is a tables put in sand which gives a beach vibe. The second element is Air and for that they have a huge deck seating with open space. The final element is water and for this they have literally put tables in the water. You can put your feet inside the water and enjoy the meal. I fell in love with the whole setup of this place.

The ambience of this place is party, romantic and literally whatever you would like it to be.

Now coming to the food. The menu here is very vast so everyone will find something or the other they would fall in love with in this menu. I tried alot of dishes from this menu and would recommend the following. You should try them atleast once.

In starters i would like to recommend Rajma ki galout. This dish is a superstar and i instantly fell in love with it. Galout kebab are usually made of minced meat so this is an amazing starter for the vegetarians to try. It literally melts in your mouth. The seasoning and the flavour profile was absolutely perfect. I would definitely order this again everytime i visit here.

Chicken Hyderabadi dum biryani is another dish i would like to recommend. It's cooked to perfection and the chicken just falls off the bone. The seasoning and flavour again is absolutely amazing.

Palak ka shorba is a must try in soups. It tastes amazing and is a great palette cleanser before starting your meal.

Finally in desert i would like to recommend Oreolicious. This is deep fried oreos with condensed milk and they taste absolutely incredible. The fried oreos and crunchy and the condensed milk is a great accompanist to it.

Along with decor, ambience and food another important factor that makes or breaks any restaurant is the staff. Here i would like to say the staff was great. Friendly, knowledgeable and always available to ensure you have a great experience.

If you are bored and want to chillax somewhere, this is the place for you. 1st thing, this place is devided in 3 parts, Sand, Water and Sky. It means, there are seatings made in Water, Sand and Upstairs. Total more than 100 people can accomodate at once. Ambiance: Classic colourfull seating which even includes bean bags, huts makes it very attractive. About water, there is around 10-12 tables placed in 1ft of water, where you just seat on the chair and keep your legs in cold water, makes it best place in hot summer afternoons. One of the signature point of the resto.

Service: This place has an ample amount of staff so you wont get disappointed with their service. More than average serving time you will observe. We got our food well within time. Every dish was served within 5-10 mins.

Cleanliness: This is the best thing about this place. If you are seating in the water, after coming out from water staff will provide you napkins to dry. All bean bags were kept in sand, but still all bags were clean. Entire ambiance is kept neat and clean.

Food: There is a lot of variety in their food and drinks menu. We got to taste few of them Corn Cheese Jelepenos Balls: Cheese from inside and crispy from outside. Not so spicy bt you can taste jelepenos and some chilli. It gets served with meyo dip which makes it more tasty. Sweet Chilli Chicken: Chicken tossed it green chillis bt you wont taste it spicy bt medium spicy with some sweetness also. Chicken Angoori Kebeb: This was one of best starters they have. Red masala very well coated on the chicken balls and coocked very well in the tandoor. Have it hot. Paneer Dry Fruit Roll: One of the best presentated dish on the table. Paneer roll stuffed with dry fruits. It was medium sweet kind of dish. Murg Musallam: Tandoori Chicken served in thick red gravy. Spicy, tasty and platefull dish. It can easily serve 4 people. Whisky base cocktail: Athens on the rock whisky, elderflower syrup,bitter,lime cordial, pineapple juice Vodka base cocktail: Blue Hawaiian vodka blue curacao syrup, coconut syrup, apple juice 8.Mellony passion: fresh musk Mellon made from mint, pession fruit syrup, Apple juice Two leyar mocktial: Sweet dreams made from cinnamon syrup, mix orange juice topped with cranberry juice Fruit Mystery: One of best dessert i ever had. This place is the best option for your friday night and saturday nights. Do visit with your friends and enjoy.

AMBIENCE ~ Well this place is an absolute delight from right as soon as you enter the place. The whole place has 3 different themes - Water, Sand and Sky. Talking little about each section, the Water area is actually the restaurant placed into water. The dinning area has water as the flooring. One can sit with legs submerged in water and enjoy hot and delicious meal. The Sand area has flooring covered with sand. Delightful idea. It feels like an outing in the deserts. The place we sat was Sky. Covered with a starry night sky, the mood of the place is perfect for outing with friends or a perfect first date. Totally love the whole idea of the place. Really thoughtful and amazing idea. Highly appreciated. The place is a must to be experienced atleast once. Lately opened, this place is going to be a buzz in the town real soon forsure.

FOOD ~ We tried their amazing menu and here is the list. Corn Cheese Jalapeno Balls, Sweet Chilli Chicken, Mix Pasta, Fruit Mystery and Oreng Berry in Continental. In Indian main course we had Black Murge Musallam, Planet9 Special Veg, Cottage Cheese Babycon Green Leek Chicken and Lotus Chicken with Rice. In Tandur we tried Chicken Angoori Kebab and Paneer Dry Fruit Roll. We also had Whisky Base Cocktail : Name -Athens on the Rock Recepi - Whisky, Elderflower Syrup, Bitter, Lime Cordial, Pineapple Juice Next were Vodka Base Cocktail : Name - Blue Hawaiian Recepi- Vodka, Blue Curacao Syrup, Coconut Syrup, Apple Juice In Mocktial : Name-Mellony Passion Recepi- Fresh Musk Mellon, Mint, Passion Fruit Syrup, Apple Juice The Two leyar mocktial was : Name- Sweet Dreams Recepi- Cinnamon Syrup, Mix Orange Juice topped with Cranberry Juice The place has everything one may ask for. Great food, amazing ambience, breath taking view, good mood, a perfect place for perfect meal time.

STAFF and SERVICE ~ The staff is well trained and the service is on point. Really impressed.
