If google gives me option to rate this hotel in minus level it would be very best for this hotel. Worst ever food location ! Fully wastage of money. We ordered one Masswadi thali and one Puranpoli thali, in Masswadi thali they given half roasted bhakari along with Masswadi rassa as like hot water. Very worst taste . Their staff (waiter and captain) were arguing with us regarding quality rather to replace dish. We have waited for 45 mins but no dish was served. In Puranpoli thali they given sliced Puranpoli . No taste to Amti , indrayani rice was half cooked, we got fully disappointed with food and staff behaviour. At billing counter , person who was collecting bill was master of all this circus , he was not ready to listen our concern, he just wanted his bill amount to be paid. Without eating single bite of dish they people wants full bill that was very pathetic. After we denying to give bill of Masswadi thali their captain who has taken order deducted Masswadi thali bill with long argument. Also cold drink which we get 20₹ in outer side they charged 35₹ for small sprite bottle. Very bad experience with this hotel. If Google allowed me to rate this hotel in negative points, I would gladly do so. This was the worst experience ever in terms of food and service.

We ordered three chicken thalis, but they served us half-cooked bhakri along with chicken rassa that tasted like hot water. The taste was terrible. When we raised concerns about the quality of the food, the staff (both the waiter and the captain) argued with us instead of replacing the dish. Despite waiting for 45 minutes, no dish was properly served.

We were completely disappointed not only by the food but also by the rude behavior of the staff. At the billing counter, the person in charge was completely unprofessional and refused to listen to our complaints. He insisted that we pay the full bill even though we couldn’t eat a single bite of the food.
