Shital Veg Restaurant promises a diverse vegetarian menu, making it a sought-after spot for many. However, my recent visit left me with mixed feelings.

Ambiance and Cleanliness

The ambiance is relatively pleasant and welcoming, with an adequate seating arrangement. However, a significant drawback was the cleanliness of the basins. They were noticeably dirty and lacked handwash, which is a basic necessity. This oversight is quite concerning, especially for a place that aims to cater to a hygienic dining experience.

Service

Service is a crucial aspect of any dining experience, and unfortunately, Shital Veg Restaurant falls short here. The waitstaff seemed indifferent and inattentive, which detracted from the overall experience. Ignorance by the waiters led to delays and a lack of responsiveness to simple requests, which is disappointing for any diner.

Food Quality

Now, onto the most critical part—the food. We ordered Palak Paneer and Veg Patiala. The taste was satisfactory; it wasn't exceptional but it wasn't terrible either. The Palak Paneer had a decent flavor, though it could have been more vibrant and rich. The Veg Patiala was flavorful but lacked the finesse and attention to detail that would make it stand out.

In conclusion, Shital Veg Restaurant has the potential to be a great dining spot, but it currently falls short in several areas. The ambiance is pleasant, but the cleanliness and service need significant improvements. The food is okay, but not remarkable enough to overshadow the other shortcomings. The restaurant is good . Ambience is good. Costly. Only veg option. Quality is good. For a single person the food quantity is huge. A single person can barely finish everything due to the huge quantity. For a single person the recommended quantity is half plate rice/jira rice. Half bowl sabji. Also the chaaj (butter milk) was a huge quantity. So please don't go as a single person. It is good for family or friends with groups. Parking is available for cars and bikes but parking is not ample. So better reach early to get parking. The restaurant is located at a very good location. It is towards Hinjewadi phase 2 from bhumkar chowk. Service is quite good. I liked the service. The staff is very quick. You will get food fast after you order. Food quality is good. They have placed water bottles on tables and the price is exclusive of food. So you have to pay for water bottle for a premium. 29INR was the price for 1ltr. They need to improve their service. Poor ventilation and air conditioning.

Advice for owner/manager - It''s your responsibility to provide filtered water free of charge. Don't force customers to have bottled mineral water at Rs.29. Your manager said that Water filter is out of service. It's worst strategy ! You won't earn a lot by doing that.

Your food and service will do the job perfectly. Hope you take this positively.. Regards !

P.S. I preferred bottled water but customers on another table created trouble because of forced ' Bottled water' strategy. They were unhappy...
