Today I visited the My Car Showroom to replace the Wiper blades of my Car, I went Inside to the workshop and asked a guy that I want to change my cars Wiper blade so he told me to go and take that blades from Counter so I went to that counter and asked that I want wiper blades so they said they will cost you 1000 rs. Sir you want blades or not please be a side... So I was like what was this.. it felt like I have no value just because I am purchasing a little part and it's not making a big value customer to them.. so it is like if you have a big value work then only visit the showroom and get your work done or else you have no value there... actually I have already purchased the Insurance of 11.5 k just before this incident. In that showroom only.. I felt like why I spent my money over there.. then I came outside going from the showroom so the security guard of exit gate stop me and asking for the Gate pass so I told him that I have not done any service here so why you need gate pass so he told that he has done my entry in Servicing so I have to submit the gate pass. I told him there is no inside who will give me gate pass.. so the security guard told me that it is not my problem you get the gate pass then you will get exit from here.. there is a guy who is second in command because the manager was in a meeting and he just went from my side and he saw that banter between me and security but did not bother to ask what is the issue I will help after the conversation because heated then he enters and told me that he will create gate pass and give it to me.. literally I was feeling that I came to government office and everyone is chill they don't want to do anything .. so I would request you guys you are working in a after sales service sector so please behave like that and work properly I respect every customer because we also have our other plans we are not free for a hole day to spent time there for these bulshit.. kindly Work as professional and respond every customer nicely.. after all these drama I went to Authorise showroom and there I got those Wiper Blades for Just 470 Rs and they have done everything in 20 mins and also they have given me the GST bill and Geniune Branded Blades in just cheaper amount compared to the showroom.. it's about Money about time and service how you provide to your loyal customer because since last two years I am doing my servicing and each minor changes of my Car from your showroom only but today I felt very pathetic condition that I didn't like .. please behave and provide a good service to...
Read moreI had given my car for servicing, and the entire experience was chaotic and frustrating from start to finish. There was complete confusion between the Ambegaon and Wakad service stations about where the car was to be received. I had to make several calls, and still there was utter mismanagement.
They had promised to collect the car at 4 p.m., but it was finally collected only after 8 p.m. — with no communication or apology for the delay.
I had also asked for a quotation for minor body shop work, which turned out to be shockingly exorbitant. Despite that, I went ahead and clearly instructed them to at least carry out a deep cleaning of the car. However, when I received it, the car was in an absolutely filthy condition — bonnet, dicky, doors — everywhere there was dry dust. It was not even normally cleaned, let alone “deep cleaned.”
When I raised this complaint, the service advisor responded with illogical justifications instead of admitting the mistake. Even more frustratingly, he insisted that I should pay the full amount, including charges for the so-called “deep cleaning” that was never done properly. Only after I strongly objected did he reluctantly agree to send someone to clean it again.
This kind of irresponsible, careless, and unprofessional behavior is completely unacceptable from an authorized service center. The entire experience was highly inconvenient, time-consuming, and mentally exhausting.
If the management is serious about customer satisfaction, they must take accountability, train their staff properly, and ensure transparency in services...

I’m extremely disappointed with the service provided by Maruti Suzuki. My car broke down unexpectedly in a mall parking lot due to coolant leakage. I had to arrange for the vehicle to be taken to their service center, hoping for a quick and honest resolution.
However, things took a turn for the worse. After their initial inspection, I was told that the radiator fan wasn’t working—despite the fact that I had just replaced it recently with a brand-new one through a trusted mechanic friend. This raised immediate doubts in my mind about the accuracy and honesty of their diagnosis. It felt like the focus was more on making money rather than genuinely solving the problem. I couldn't shake off the feeling that I was being misled with incorrect information just so they could charge me for unnecessary repairs. This is not the kind of trusted service I expected from a brand like Maruti Suzuki. What’s even more frustrating is the lack of transparency and accountability. This experience has made me question the credibility of their service centers, and sadly, it feels like the trust customers place in them is being taken for granted.
