I recently had a disappointing experience at this restaurant in February that I feel compelled to share. While the ambiance was nice and the food had potential, the service left much to be desired, particularly from the person who took our order.

We ordered one butter roti and one plain roti, and the order-taker confirmed it. However, when the food arrived, we were served two butter rotis instead. We promptly informed the waiter about the mix-up, and while he was very accommodating and tried to rectify the situation, the order-taker returned and rudely insisted that they couldn't replace the roti. It was frustrating, especially since the mistake was clearly on their end.

I wanted to provide feedback directly to the management, but my friend advised against it. However, I believe it's important for potential customers to know that not all staff members may treat you with the respect and courtesy you deserve.

I hope this feedback encourages the restaurant to address their service issues, as I believe they could improve significantly with better staff training and communication. Until then, I would recommend considering other dining options where customer service is...

I have found one of the silent and pleasant ambience restaurant on Sinhagad road. It's good to go with family-friends. They have lots of key features which u wish to visit again and again.

Staff (pankaj and Makki) was Welcoming, polite and helpful ☺️😌🤗 Good road touch place and plenty of parking😊👍 Ambience is pleasant and delightful (At entry Bullock Cart🦼🎠⛲, fountain with fumes, Inside entry Lord Radha Krishna marvelous statue🥰 with huge Candelier) Service was too quick (within minutes on table food) 😃😁 Food was too tempting, delicious🤤🤤🤤 ( i tried hand-made solkadhi🥤, tomato N manchow soup🍜🍲🍱 paneer ghungroo and paneer chatpate kabab in startus, dal tadka and jeera rice 🍚 must try) 😋☺️ Hygiene, cleanliness around markable, silent songs makes ur day.💫✨🌟 Rates are minimum and Staff will surely win ur 💓💖.
