Relax Family Garden Restaurant & Bar — Restaurant in Pune

I ordered my food from Swiggy and had a worst experience. Lachha paratha was not hot,it was chewy, paneer Shahi korma was too sweet and there were no slices of paneer present in the korma, hara bhara kabab was aweful in taste it was having foul oily smell and the kabab was not having any taste at all, I think the chef had prepared the delicacy for the first time in his life, they were too thin and not at all worth the price I paid for them.The spring roll was also having foul oily smell and was not hot. Overall the experience was too bad, I don't know how the restaurant was rated amongst the top(must have paid for the good reviews). This is the first and last time I have ordered from this resturant and I will never recommend this restaurant to another. I completely wasted my money,time and energy. Thanks for ruining my wife's birthday...

I happened to get to this hotel by chance (twice) and definitely I did not like the experience. Early evening, the place was dull and didn't give a very positive vibe when I entered. Almost like someone had been lying dead there for months. Not at all a positive feeling. The staff looked underpaid and the owner/dada/gunda whatever he was possibly didn't seem to care about anyone, including customers.

Second, after a couple of months while we visited the place late evening, to our surprise this had completely transformed into a bar. Gali-galoch was commonplace and food was the most horrible I ate. The only reason why people seemed to be coming in was because they openly violated the norms of 11am closure. Good was served cold and some dish even haa a feeling that the waiter had spit into it.

Definitely never going...

Highly disappointed..!!

Please see the image below of the dish ordered ( sizzler) it is not image after eating but while it is served.. ( we do not even give food to the beggars in such a way)

I do not comment just because food was disappointing but when I said to manager what is this dish.. How to eat this??.. Plz cancel this.. He said cancel?? No this is not possible..

And shamelessly manager, One who took order and waiter ignored, and continued working in front of us.. Like nothing happened.. (Good hotels always either charge less or give replacement as complementary dish) forget about this.. They charged waiter( Tip)charges in the bill with GST.. I believe this hotel is good for drunkards not families... Very...
