don’t book don’t book don’t book don’t book don’t book don’t book don’t book don’t book don’t book …. i have book this hotel for 2 days per when i reached hotel at 5 pm they denied checkin due to low oyo prise .they are saying they don’t have any relationship with oyo and they don’t care about customer they want 3000 more and only cash .very bad receptionist.even i tried to contact oyo customer care but they also not help me and very rude behaviour by them as well .unprofessional service .from 6 pm i tried to checkin but even after 12am am not able to checkin .at 12am after 6 hours oyo representative saying you have to cancel booking because hotel is not picking call .unsafe stay .somehow i manage my stay at 12 am at night and horror thing after that on second day the hotel mark me as checkin and when i contacted oyo again then they are again asking for issue and why i have not checkin also they have call hotel but the hotel not intersting in taking call from oyo .so basically the hotel is not interested to take call from oyo from .the property is unreachable 15-20 times surprisingly.hotel owner put a lofer boy as representative and they don’t have any knowledge how to talk and all .also they don’t even sit on there chair they will not there from 6-12 am . very bad service by oyo .till after 3 days i don’t got any solution .please don’t book this hotel and please don’t book from oyo very unpredictable service ..oyo doesn’t care about your safety they only care about money .i have all the proofs which are necessary to show this property and oyo is guilty in this...

I had a pleasant stay at FabHotel White House in Pune and would definitely recommend it for travelers looking for comfort on a budget. The rooms were clean, well-lit, and spacious, with all the essential amenities like air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a flat-screen TV. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was hygienic and stocked with basic toiletries.

The service was another highlight of my stay. The staff were polite, responsive, and always ready to help with anything we needed, whether it was room service or local travel information. Check-in and check-out processes were smooth and hassle-free.

Breakfast was simple but tasty, with a decent vegetarian spread. The location is slightly away from central Pune, but it’s peaceful and ideal if you want a quiet environment. Cabs and autos are easily accessible from the property.

One small downside was the lack of nearby dining options, but the hotel kitchen handled most of our needs just fine.

Fab hotel is the most worst horrible hotel I have ever seen. It is not at all safe. This hotel is in an industrial area there is no shop or any facilities near. The room condition is very horrible, it is full of dirt even bedsheet is not clean. There were blood stains, long hairs even used condoms were there. We cant keep any things there because there is no lock in the main door even for bathroom. Staffs were behaving very rudely. I booked the hotel including break fast. But the fact is that there is not even a bottle of drinking water. I slept on a bedsheet were there is blod stain and some other things which I couldn't say in public. For evidence I had taken a picture of that. I have attach it with this review. It is not at all safe for ladies. Phone is not working, in need of help no one is there. We cant even run out to a safer place in emergency, because it is located in such a horrible place. Even men would get afraid to stay there. Ladies please don't go there.
