I had a very bad experience at Hotel Vitthal pure veg. We had booked this hotel for a family function, but we regret our decision. The hotel had many problems, such as: Hygiene issue: The hotel was dirty and dusty . The plates and utensils were not washed properly. The washrooms were not cleaned at all.

Staff not dressed well: The staff were wearing shabby and stained clothes. They looked unprofessional.

Service issue: The service was slow and inefficient. We had to wait for a long time to get our orders. The staff did not pay attention to our requests or complaints. They were busy chatting with each other.

Food quality was bad: The food was tasteless and stale. The dishes were not cooked well and had no flavor. As per promise some dishes are missing from the table.

Only one staff allotted: There was only one staff member who was supposed to serve us. He was overworked and stressed. He could not handle the work load and made many mistakes. Atfer multiple complains they sent 2 more staff almost in the end.

Charged expensive rates for low quality dish: The hotel charged us a lot of money for the food and service. The rates were unreasonable and unfair. We felt cheated and robbed. We did not get any value for our money.

No proper communication: The hotel did not communicate with them self properly. The charges, the facilities, etc. They did not answer our calls or messages. They did not apologize or offer any compensation for the problems we faced.

Electricity issue: The hotel had frequent power cuts and no backup generator. The lights went off several times during our function. We had to use torches to see anything. The fans stopped working and we felt hot and suffocated.

Set up was ok ok: The hotel did not have a good set up for our function. The hall was small and cramped. The many chairs don't have covers. The sound system was poor and noisy.

Promise for mineral water but served tap warm water: The hotel promised to provide us with mineral water, but they lied to us. They gave us tap water that was warm and dirty. It tasted bad and had a foul smell. Our guests were not happy and some of them got sick.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It is a horrible experience to host any function. It is a Totally waste of time,...

I wouldn't wish this restaurant's abysmal service on my worst enemy. The staff's utter incompetence reached new heights of disappointment. It's as if they deliberately set out to ruin our dining experience. From the moment we walked in, we were treated like an inconvenience rather than paying customers. Our table looked like it hadn't been cleaned in days, and when we finally managed to flag down a server, they seemed annoyed by our presence. It's truly remarkable how they managed to get every single order wrong – it's almost an art form at this point. The food arrived cold, tasteless, and unappetizing, as if the chef had given up on even trying. Getting a refill on drinks required the skills of a detective, as the staff were nowhere to be found. This place is a masterclass in how not to run a restaurant, and I can't fathom how it continues to stay in business. Very Bad Experience.., Visited on birthday occasion, it was family dinner, taste is average, thier Paneer butter masala and malai kofta are Spicey. Which is nowhere in the world. and about service its worst.., they have more than enough staff , but no one is attentive, service staff runaway if you ask the for water, clear plates, asked to clear table. One guy tell other then he asks helper and this cycle goes one.. Nobody works., from the starting they have not poured water, we asked 3,4 times for water. Staff is busy at coner kn mobile, order taker a black shirt guy shows intrest on table only where he has is regular guests.., he just stick to that only rest you just have to rise your hand for everything. Owner of premises is really made this place interiorly good but then nothing more is there. Its 0 out of 10 for service and 4 out of 10 for food.
