Sigdi Restaurant — Restaurant in Maharashtra

Had a terrible experience at Sigdi Restaurant. The food quality was extremely poor, and the taste was the worst I’ve ever had. To make things worse, the staff taking the orders was rude, pushy, and completely disregarded our preferences. Instead of listening to our requests, he kept forcing us to order items from the menu he wanted to promote.

The starter we ordered was undercooked and smelled bad. When we pointed this out, instead of preparing a fresh dish, he simply burnt the same food and gave it back to us. His bullying attitude left us so frustrated that we decided not to argue, paid the bill, and walked out.

The owner’s response was equally disappointing. When we raised these concerns, he brushed it off with a casual "we'll improve next time." This is unacceptable, especially for a franchise that should maintain basic standards of food quality and customer service.

My first order from this place. It was through Swiggy. I ordered Fish Tikka (Full) n Paneer Tikka (half). This is the first time I saw a restaurant listing a Half Tikka.

-Pathetic packing with both the boxes leaking. Swiggy listing doesn't mention the number of pieces in Tikka. Half paneer tikka had 4 pieces. Received 6 pieces in Full Fish tikka, which costed 510. I couldn't hold myself back from calling n asking if this is what they serve. I was given a lame excuse n then the hotel sent 2 pieces, again in leaking packing. They sent 2 onion slices n 2 dry slices of lemon with the order of 1 Full Fish Tikka n 1 half Paneer tikka. It would have been better if they had not sent any. Paneer was hard Fish tikka was ok

I have Visited here 2-3 Times I have Got Good Service and Food as well .

But yesterday When i Ordered food from Zomato a Complete veg meal for My Guest and i just got a roti also i choose Paneer and got some leftover Sabji And Plain White rice and nothing!!!

This is totally a bad late night experience I Got called from Restaurant telling they will not do this again and provide Food if needed on next day !! This is understandble but Not Acceptable

This is something on which owner should look at , this was complete Ignorance and Just gave whatever food is left !! spent approx 300 and wasted .

Just a Meal box with leftover Rice and Single Leftover sabji .
