Sketch Family Restro & Bar — Restaurant in Maharashtra

I have visited this place 5 times in last 1 month and I have recommended it to others also that means I was their repeat customer… but recently I have 2 bad experiences with this place… Food quality and test is one part and customer service is another part and both are extremely important when it comes to a fine dining restaurant… We have booked a table for 4 with full advance payment on Valentine’s Day.. they had combo for couple for 1699/- which includes Menu as they have sent in msg Appetizer veg Asian seasoning mushroom Dakshini paneer tikka Veg and tofu tempura crispy Italian Margherita pizza Appetizer N-v Dakshini murgh tikka Bbq chicken wing Wok tossed chicken chicken Mexican seasoning chicken pizza Maine course Lahori kadai paneer Veg Maratha Chicken tikka lababdar Murgh malvani curry Dal takka Jerra rice Indian bread Dessert Brownie with chocolate sauce After seating ideally for almost 50 to 60 minutes we got 1 to 2 pieces of 1 starter then we insisted them to please serve us what is there on your menu… no proper arrangements were made for such type of occasions and combo… when we complained about it to the authorities they said only you are complaining and no one else… that doesn’t make sense to us.. no one is complaining isn’t our problem.. we have paid for the service in advance and it’s your turn to fulfill your promise… and this was the condition with every one seating there every one seems disappointed … then they said the place is overcrowded and our kitchen is small so we are facing issues… generally on special occasions every place is crowded that can not be the reason for not giving proper service… then every time the staff goes by our side without giving us a look and not willing to ask us if we need anything… instead of asking we had to go to them and ask them for food and almost after 2 hours we asked them to give main course around 10.30 they said wait for 10 minutes we are preparing… it gave us feeling of beggar asking for food even though we paid for it in advance…. In such cases of fix menu it’s restaurants responsibility to ask customers for refills or anything as we see it in barbecues or thali restaurants… instead of addressing this issue they started ignoring us which gave us feeling of disguise as if it our fault that we went there on special day and paid in advance for the service they have promised… we ended up getting only 2 to 3 starter mix of veg and non veg that too only 2 - 2 pieces… I have had pizza at this place earlier also but this time what they have given was not the pizza we get on regular order…. And in main course dal was missing , veg was ok but non veg was not as per their regular standard… we didn’t get brownies also wich was there in combo…. On top of it the way they have handled this situation was pathetic and not at all acceptable… and the reason they have given to us was not the concern of customer… the place is over crowded or not… kitchen is small or not that’s not customers problem, customer is paying for the service and restaurant must give them the service which is promised… its as simple as that … In first week of February I have visited this place with my family… we ordered 5 different dishes which included pizza also…. After finishing our dinner I was paying bill at cash counter and noticed a standy stating the offer “ buy one pizza and get one free “ then I enquired about it then they said yes sir their is offer.. then I asked to the person handing counter that I have ordered the pizza why you people didn’t give me the 1 extra pizza … the reply was epic seat again and we would give you the pizza and you have to eat here…. Who eats after completing dinner and after leaving the table … does it make sense..they could simply say sir it was genuine mistake we will improve it or anything positive… but instead of this they said seat again and eat… what kind of attitude is that.. because of food test I liked this place but it’s the service and the attitude of their authorities I am not going there again. पैसे देउन...

It was a very bad experience because of this hotel and staff. We had a bad experience not once but 3 times. First time I went with my family. They said they have a free offer on one pizza today. We said ok and ordered another one. Wanted a pizza parcel because we have a small baby that doesn't live so we wanted a parcel. Then these people said that the parcel will not be delivered, we cannot do it Next time when we went back this offer was pizza those people didn't tell us and when we came to the bill counter we found out today it was the same offer then it was their manager's very rude talk that now sit back and bring it to the table so this is all very bad happening and already we are much disturbed. Again we offered for the third time Valentine's day at 1700rs for per couple unlimited buffet dinner with starters, main course and mocktail or cocktails.. We 2 couple went there, total 4 people, these people made us make full payment first, we paid total 3400rs. And there is a lawn at the backside of their hotel, where they had made all these arrangements. We went there already because there was a lot of open space, it was very cold, I was carrying my 9 months old baby.. After telling us for complete half and hour many times, a plate of starter comes hardly 2 2 pieces and it was completely cold and not hot at all, we still adjusted it because it was almost 9:30, after telling us for a long time, we did not get this one dish.. Finally, my husband got frustrated and requested them that it is very cold here in the hotel and your staff is not giving us any service And I am sure that many couple's there were also saying the same. We told that hotel owner all the situation but the answer of hotel owner was very unexpected and arrogant that there is no one else complaint here only u guys are facing problem and we see there is no any regret on owner's face.. Finally, after a lot of pleading, we were given a table inside, but while we were sitting in the same situation, no one paid attention to us and no one took the order. And we got to know that the main course is going to be served now. It was 10:30 If we check main course it has 2 veg ani 2 non veg curries plain rice roti and that's enough no sweets and all and that food quality also very bad very pathetic We got fed up and finally went home but no one asked us sir or mam did you order a drink or something else... All this heartache nothing to eat in it...and bill already paid rs 3400... I have never had such a bad experience till today. I will never go to this hotel again. I recommend Karel to anyone. In all this, my little baby suffered a lot and our Valentine's Day...
