Firstly these guys have a broken glass right above their food. Just shabbily covered with paper n tape. The glass can easily chip and enter the food below. TOO DANGEROUS.
The attendants heat up cold cuts along with cheese in the oven when asked to only heat cheese n bread. Even though they did change (after trying multiple times Fr me to accept that itās perfect ) after me insisting over to follow the exact procedure in preparing a sub, they behaved with us with uttermost sarcasm. Like counting the amount of wedges, olives & jalapeƱos, pickles literally in their number. (Eg- sir do I use one or 2 pcs, and when his supervisor intervened, he kept telling u got to ask na.. or we will have to get rid of this as well.. ) ( simply because I knew how a sub had to be prepared, they even tried to belittle me in knowing the types of sauces, instead of advising the Sauces to be used of which the menu wasnāt present due to BROKEN GLASS.. they tried quizzing me of which sauce to be put.) Luckily my knowledge of subway sandwiches did superseded theirs.
Even after I told them that this was not the way, they kept ranting among themselves. End of the day the service & quality of delivery was SUBSTANDARD.
