Subway Khallapur Toll — Restaurant in Maharashtra

Firstly these guys have a broken glass right above their food. Just shabbily covered with paper n tape. The glass can easily chip and enter the food below. TOO DANGEROUS.

The attendants heat up cold cuts along with cheese in the oven when asked to only heat cheese n bread. Even though they did change (after trying multiple times Fr me to accept that it’s perfect ) after me insisting over to follow the exact procedure in preparing a sub, they behaved with us with uttermost sarcasm. Like counting the amount of wedges, olives & jalapeños, pickles literally in their number. (Eg- sir do I use one or 2 pcs, and when his supervisor intervened, he kept telling u got to ask na.. or we will have to get rid of this as well.. ) ( simply because I knew how a sub had to be prepared, they even tried to belittle me in knowing the types of sauces, instead of advising the Sauces to be used of which the menu wasn’t present due to BROKEN GLASS.. they tried quizzing me of which sauce to be put.) Luckily my knowledge of subway sandwiches did superseded theirs.

Even after I told them that this was not the way, they kept ranting among themselves. End of the day the service & quality of delivery was SUBSTANDARD.

I understand that these glasses and nets are for mosquitoes but what about the heat in which your employees are suffering?

I asked a staff that why is it so hot inside? she started saying that AC is not working sir, it will be done within few days ... Like I have been listening this from last 3-4 months. First i ignored as staff told me it will be done but when ?

These poor employees are working in so much heat n also double temperature from the outside. Why is the management of this place so careless about this ?

Avoid this Subway outlet on the Mumbai–London Express Highway at all costs. This was by far the most frustrating and poorly managed outlet I’ve ever been to. There was only ONE person handling everything — from taking orders to preparing the meals — during peak hours! The service was extremely slow, and the staff looked overworked and clueless.

I had to wait endlessly for a simple sandwich. By the time I got my order, I had lost my appetite. No hygiene, no proper management, no courtesy — just chaos.

This place is a disgrace to the Subway brand. Don’t waste your time or money here. You’re better off grabbing anything from a local dhaba. Never...
