The Castle — Restaurant in Maharashtra

Ambience is good. Food quality is good. They make it as per ur choice(spice etc). Serving is not at paar, because servers don't serve according to pack strength. Celebrations/decorations costing is too high and its not included in main bill and can not payable by card, so its questionable how much actual restaurant has decided it. Disappointing Experience at Castle Hotel

I recently visited Castle Hotel and had a very frustrating dining experience. We ordered a dish with pink sauce, but were served red sauce instead. When we pointed this out, the staff did change it, but the replacement dish was far too salty.

What made the situation worse was the staff’s attitude when we politely raised the issue. Their response was rude and dismissive, which is unacceptable for any establishment.
