100rs per person Entry fees to a dead mall
Seriously?.
Editing this review after reading the owners arrogant reply .
Pls read other reviews where everyone complains abt 100rs entry fees And the owner arrogantly insults them by stating that their reviews are such because they did not want to pay rs 100. That's an insult to the customer. Shame on the owner
Also here are enough reasons to prove that this policy is wrong.
What about free access to toilets which is the expectation from any basic establishment irrespective weather a customer makes a purchase or not. E. G. Mc Donalds, any petrol pump, any mall or for that matter any small restaurant
In my case i had already had lunch before visiting this place. So i cannot buy food and i just came with the intention of seeing the kids gaming zone and buy any tickets if I like it for my child. In the heavy monsoon of lonavala I drove to this place with my family of 4. My family got down at the entrance and I parked and returned to the entrance. It took me good few minutes. All this time the staff just watching us without guiding us to park. But he spoke exactly at the moment when we all were at the main entrance. What he spoke was to pay rs 400 upfront without allowing us to see what you guys offer. Such an attitude itself was enough for me to return from this place without wasting any more time. I write such a long review abt this place for these two reasons. 1. I wasted quite some my time visiting here. 2. The arrogant repy of the management to my initial 2 sentenced review.
As a marketing tip I feel Free entry and free access to washrooms specially can help revive the business of this place. Many Business pay for promotions just to have footfalls in their place.
I have been visiting lonavala for years now and observed that this place , inspite of being at the right time and in the right place is not able to make it big. I give the credit of it to such outdated policies of the management.
Even 4 star and 5 stars restaurants cannot refuse free entry for washroom and drinking...

Reply to Triose Plaza team:I guess supreme court of India has passed an order which states that one (especially women or women with a child)can make use of toilets of hotels &malls free of cost even if they are not a customer. Now, the question arises Is triose plaza really a plaza?, let's see difference between a mall and plaza... A mall is a big building with usually 2 or more floors and many stores next to each other, an eating space, games, etc. A plaza is an open area with stores(mainly restaurants) but it's not under a roof, it's not a building. So does triose have a roof - Yes, does it have floors- Yes, is it a building - in my opinion - Yes. In my opinion I suppose you are amongst those kind who only want fake 5 star reviews instead of improving upon things you lack ( Just look at the reviews which has same issues as mine). Secondly, I did visit the place went "INSIDE" " PAID" ₹100 used the washroom and the only thing which was working was a refrigerator filled with ice cream purchased something got balance money back, rest "ALL" things were closed...kids zone was shut. It's about time you keep your egoistic behaviour aside stop acting like a child be a responsible adult do visit the place physically have a proper look at all things & their...
Read moreI am sharing my honest experience as i am residing in lonavala for almost 4 years. I and my colleagues have stayed at this property many times. Generally their rooms are bigger than what u will find in other hotels at lonavala and i really appreciate for that. But this property has a plaza or a motel attached to it that has many food counters like dominoes, kareems and others. I found following issues their worth mentioning:
You need to pay 100 INR per head in order to get enter into that plaza or motel. You can redeem that voucher for paying for your food but its not refundable. In case you didnt like something inside or you have to leave without food its not possible.
This 100 rs fees has to be paid via cash or credit card. No upi payment option is there.
Senior management says that we have put this entry fees in order to minimise the “ local crowd” as they tend to sit here unusually and utilise the facilities like washroom etc for free.. which is unacceptable to the management.
Because of these three reasons we have stopped eating at dominoes and kareems.
Security guys and other staffs are also not friendly, they dont even know how to handle the people in exceptional scenarios.
Its a very nice property but in hands of wrong management.
You can try misty meadows which also falls in same budget and just 1 kms from this property but offers great...
