Frankly, it was a bit disappointing. The Shawaya was over cooked and dry. And the rice that they claim to be Bukhari Rice isnt the real Bukhari rice at all. I mean seriously check out youtube for god's sake you can find real recipes over there. The Bukhari rice origins goes back to Uzbekistan. What they served was no way close to the Real Bukhai rice or the Uzbek Pilaf, it was more like a mediocre Mandhi rice.
