Read moreKottakunnu Park in Malappuram offers a serene atmosphere, especially in certain areas. However, the park's overall condition leaves much to be desired.
While the park provides a peaceful escape, safety concerns arise due to lack of lighting and the potential presence of wildlife. For families with children, the play areas require significant maintenance to ensure safety and enjoyment. The limited food options restrict dining choices for visitors.
The park's adventure rides were largely non-operational, likely due to insufficient visitor interest. This is a missed opportunity for those seeking thrill-seeking activities.
The park's infrastructure, particularly the roads leading to the park, is in a state of disrepair. This makes the journey to the park uncomfortable and potentially hazardous.
The value for money is questionable, given the park's current state. Visitors may question the justification for the entrance fee when the park lacks proper maintenance and amenities.
Recommendations:
Improve maintenance: Address issues with play areas, lighting, and infrastructure to ensure safety and enjoyment for visitors. Enhance amenities: Expand food options and provide more facilities for visitors, such as restrooms and seating areas. Promote adventure rides: Increase awareness and encourage participation in available activities to attract more visitors. Review entrance fees: Consider adjusting entrance fees to reflect the current state of the park and the...
