Big Bean Restro Cafe — Restaurant in Malappuram

1 year before, I went to this place and told my opinion to change the pace of service and Its embarrassing to say the same thing at same restaurant again. Now I’m wondered about the quantity of food they served in plates loaded fries, dynamite chicken ) those things rated about 250/- and its too less for an adult human being. Disgusting 🤮. Dynamite chicken was something like fried boneless chicken cubes have a pale yellow colour( later I realised that, the pale yellow colour is the dynamite sauce ) coated, Small cubes may be 15-20 pieces. No special taste of sauce other than bare oil fried chicken pieces. Then let’s talk about loaded fries, Dear big bean team, you guys should buy a chicken fried rice from any of restaurants in malappuram, take half of one portion, there you can find more chicken pieces than in your loaded fries, People are making a decent pay to eat your dishes. I can only find very small piece of chicken which is crushed to make sure customer can get a smell or taste of chicken, not to eat chicken. You guys should try Loaded fries from any of the Reputed cafes nearby.

Lets talk about the third worse thing I experienced, its the delay in serving dishes. You have to wait minimum 40 minutes to get the dishes served. Its okay they takes time, but proper communication is needed. When customer give you the orders, you have to tell them the average waiting time. Please don’t make them to ask about the status of food in every 15 minutes.

I’m done with this cafe. I’ll never go there again, I’m not recommending this to anyone who’s reading my review.

Recently ordered food through zomato. Received wrong food and contacted customer care . The response was very pleasing. They even agreed to send the ordered food . But after reaching the food only they say’s we have to give the received item back in order to get it . It was already 2 hr over . I disposed the food already and they are asking to get it from the waste . Idk what kind of service is this .! So i told the delivery boy to take back the order i received as replacement because of my manner . Because i don’t want to dig in waste and send it back . I even called them and asked if it’s necessary and why never mentioned before . And they say. Never had such an experience before in my life . Feels like cheated twice from...

expected a lot of quantity from the fried chicken fries which was for 240 rupees, but it was hardly enough for one person. and the alfredo pasta had no oregano or any other seasoning, only cheese and chicken. the pizza literally tasted like chilli chicken on rumali roti with cheese. the crispy chicken sandwich didnt have enough chicken. the one star only for the fries, which atleast tasted good, but overall everything is so overpriced and not worth the money! the mint lime worth 60 rupees had no traces of mint or ice in it.. 😬 especially dont come here with friends because the serving quantities are so less...
