E I recently had a highly disappointing experience at Thandur Hut, and I feel compelled to share my concerns. Unfortunately, the cash counter staff's behavior and the delayed service of my parcel left me extremely dissatisfied.

The cash counter staff at Thandur Hut exhibited a level of rudeness and unprofessionalism that was completely unacceptable. They seemed disinterested and dismissive, making me feel unwelcome as a customer. Such behavior is not only discouraging but also reflects poorly on the overall dining experience.

Moreover, the late service of my parcel further added to my frustration. I had placed an order with the expectation of timely delivery, as I was on a tight schedule. However, the parcel was significantly delayed, causing an inconvenience that could have been easily avoided with proper planning and execution.

I would strongly recommend that Thandur Hut management address these issues promptly. It is crucial for the restaurant to train their cash counter staff in providing exceptional customer service. On travel tirur to manjeri..Heavy rain and chilled atmosphere friends and me decided eat anything hotplate... At last we reached at Malapuram ... just asked to my friend in Malapuram .. where to get super tasty chicken alfahm or chicken tandoor...he said to us what you need is chicken alfahm go to airlines restaurant or what you need is tandoor chicken surely go to tandoor hut... we ordered tandoor chicken and butter nan... We satisfied with food really hot and spicy chicken.. butter nan is yummy ..but Service is avarage .. restaurant interior avarage ..rate is modarate only 490 billed for 4 piece chicken tandoor and 3 butter nan 3 glass lemon tea... One thing say to management kindly repair and modify washroom and bathroom that place not hygiene not clean ... Washroom will feel over the bad smell from...

Average. That's the overall rating of tandoor hut. I was in A/C room and badly there was a large hall with a small A/ C. The temperature is higher than outside.

We got an offer for food.I think the offer is still there. For full Alfaham and Thandoori, they billed only 300 each. But the taste was not good. The alfaham was too bad. Tandoori was good but not awesome. We ordered Fried rice and Noodles also. Noodle was Ok kind of item but the fried rice was bad.

At last, we ordered lemon tea.That was awesome, and we got something to say,"Yah It's good"...

So frankly it is economical, quality is ok but in the aspect of taste not good enough.

3 star is a little bit over but for that lemon tea, I am giving...
