I ordered a cake for my friend birthday and I was extremely disappointed it was a complete disaster it looks sloppy and unprofessional. The decoration were poorly applied and looked messy and I would not recommend this bakery to anyone.

Even though there is no "Self Service" signboard, I need to do it by my own and no napkins provided. Staffs are always on the Headphone. I went there to have some icecream but ended with orange juice as no response from the staffs.

I order for a cake on Father’s Day 20 June 2021 and paid them 500 for the cake and delivery charge but they never deliver the cake .I keep on calling them from different number but they didn’t response any of my calls. they have spoiled my fathers day and they didn’t even care to refund back the money...
