I’ve been a loyal customer of Yumsha for the past one year and was genuinely happy with the quality of their products — especially their eggs, which used to be fresh and reliable. However, I’m very disappointed with the recent quality of the eggs being delivered.
Lately, every time I crack open an egg to make a scrambled egg or omelette, the yolk and white seem to be stuck inside the shell, almost like the egg is very old or improperly stored. The texture and freshness are completely off. It no longer feels like a fresh, natural egg.
Worse still, when I try to boil the eggs, peeling the shell becomes a frustrating task. The shell doesn’t come off cleanly — it comes off in tiny bits and pieces, and the egg itself gets damaged in the process. The overall experience has left me feeling like the eggs are either artificial or extremely stale.
This is shocking and unacceptable, especially from a brand I once trusted. I truly hope Yumsa looks into this issue seriously, as the decline in quality has made me reconsider continuing with...

I checked the packaging properly before buying but they HID those cracked eggs very neatly. This isn't the first time, a couple of damaged eggs are fine but 7??
