Munchies coffee Shoppe — Restaurant in Manipur

Worst worst worst cafe please dont go and waste your time. Me and my friends went there order 3 coffee noodles and french fries, first they brought noodles after 30 min and then coffee after that we have waited like almost 40 min for a french fries we have asked the waiter again and again for that they keep repeating one thing that its done please wait.. after some time we get up to billing because it was already too late so they told us they will pack the fries we said ok... And when we went to the billing counter they said french fries are not packed lol actually the French fries were not ready at all otherwise why would they didn't pack that? They are lying from hours also bill came 100 rs more than what we've calculated.. i saw the bill and tell them to correct that again.. please dont go to this restaurant instead you can go anywhere, there service is worst there are no customer in the restaurant still they are taking hours...

Had one of the worst experience in any restaurant that I have dined in. Staff should have informed of the availability of items before taking the order. The food was bland, no taste. We ordered cheesy chicken based on the waiter's recommendation, turns out it was a bloody French fries. And it came without the chicken. Had to send it back. Then they brought the same plate SPRINKLED with some diced chicken and by this time the Cheese in the fries had hardened so the chicken was falling off like rocks. And best of all, the chicken that was sprinkled was BLAND.... NO SALT NO SPICES. I GUESS THE KITCHEN WANTED TO RESUSE ITEMS.

Went during the covid 19 pandemic. They served us with disposable cutleries, which was understandable. When we asked for mineral water, they gave us plastic cups to pour the water in and they charged us for the plastic cups apart from already charging us for the bottled water.

The frenchfries we ordered were cold after a few minutes and clumped together. The fried chicken had more bones than muscles. They allowed smoking on the rooftop which shouldn't be allowed on a public space.

The only thing going for them is their ambience, decor and their coffee. Everything else was expensive for something that does not match up with the quality...
