Michelle's Sweet Temptation Bakery — Restaurant in Manipur

Yesterday I placed an order for 6 regular vanilla flavoured cupcake through their instagram handle. I was informed that the regular ones were 60/- and customised were 80/-, so I chose the regular ones and requested they put it in a box (a regular white box) and I was not informed of any extra charges aside from the delivery ones. Then today when they were delivered to me I was 520/-. I was shocked. I thought they had gotten my order wrong (and they did). When i called to enquire, they gave me some lame excuse about boxing charges (for a regular white box, I mean am i suppose to carry those cupcakes by hand?!) and they changed their cupcake prices on spot and told me they charged 70/- each for them. Moreover I ordered plain vanilla cupcakes an their was some sort of fruit filling in it and one of my friend was allergic to strawberry and since we did not know what sort of abomination they put in there, my friend (for whom the cupcakes were intended) couldn't eat. I then, very politely, dropped a message regarding this on their DM and it's been 2hrs and no response (as opposed to yesterday at 10.30 when I was looking to order... I ordered a fruit cocktail cake for my brother's heijingpot. I had previously ordered the same in january but had to postponed it due to some reason. I waited till a new date was fixed . Thanks to the staffs of MST i had no problem in reordering. Being a regular customer there at MST and the bakery being near my house i had no problem regarding placing and picking up my order. And for the cake itself,starting from the design to the presentation and finally the taste. It was totally up to my expectation .There was slight changes to the cake from the previously ordered design. But i loved it all the more.
