Love their idea of roof top restaurant though it tends to get bit cold in the winter evening. Another problem is their accessibility. You have to climb three flights of narrow stairs which can be cumbersome at a time.
They suffer from the same problems which are all too common in the "high end" restaurants of imphal. Lack of value for the money u paid. All the ingredients are sourced locally and it doesn't justify the price they asked for the items in the menu. The taste is kind of okish, nothing memorable. Their serving is also often too small sometime making u mistake their main course for the appetizer. Last time I went I found a lump of milk powder in the coffee mug. Maybe it is a one time mistake but it doesn't leave a good impression on me specially when u paid a premium...
