I recently had the pleasure of dining at Khayalat Restaurant, and it was an experience I won’t forget anytime soon. From the moment I walked in, the ambiance was inviting—warm lighting, elegant decor, and soothing music made it feel both comfortable and upscale.

What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional service. The staff was incredibly welcoming, courteous, and professional. They greeted us with genuine smiles, guided us through the menu with thoughtful recommendations, and were always available without hovering. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction were truly impressive. You can tell they genuinely care about creating a great experience for every guest.

The food was equally amazing. I tried the allepy chicken,Koonthal Roast,Koonthal UlarthPrawns Dry Fry and it was bursting with flavor—fresh, perfectly cooked, and beautifully presented. The variety on the menu ensures there’s something for everyone, and the portions are more than satisfying.

While Khayalat Restaurant offers some delightful dishes, our recent visit was a mixed bag. The Irani beef tikka was a standout, cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. However, the Salkkara Chicken was a disappointment, overly tough and spicy. The butter nan was also quite hard, lacking the desired softness. Lastly, the Ilaneer payasam was underwhelming.

The restaurant boasts a nice ambiance, creating a pleasant dining experience. The service was also commendable, with attentive staff.

We did provide feedback to the staff, and they were receptive. Hopefully, they will take our comments into consideration and make improvements.

Average food with huge price tag. They are charging Rs.130+ tax for their normal meals by naming it as ' special thali meals'😄. What an idea sirji 😂😂 Normal food with special naming trick. Tried their fish fry which was filled with lot of onion and curry leaves more than fish size, and the served fish was tastelessness. I just love their parking space and ambience.
