Chicking — Restaurant in Manjeri

VERY VERY VERY Poor customer service..when we went there,there were 8 of them(service guys) and two of us..we both gave simple orders like m2 n m3 A pink dude took the orders and at the end of 15mins I got a consolation drink I had ordered and later my friend got her m3 ..I was hoping that they would come soon..but at the end of half n hour I found that my order did not reach the red dudes..bang..sadly there is no zero star...

I had a very disappointing experience with the service. They delivered the wrong item, and when I inform them to resolve the issue, they refused to provide the correct order unless I paid again. This is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of responsibility and customer care. I expected them to fix their mistake, not make me pay twice for something I didn’t order in the first place. I would not recommend this...

Very Bad food. Its the 2nd time i am having a bad experience from the same chicking outlet. Ordered mexita and fried chicken mexita was not at all spicy and that was devoid of mexita sause. Fried chicken was not that perfect from usual chicking fried chicken But their store manager was so polite.

I must tell you guys please dont choose chicking manjery indian mall The choice will make your day worse. Its not at all...
