The ambiance was lovely as well, It's rare to find such impeccable service that goes beyond just fulfilling orders;

Please Don't come here during peak hours. We visited this place at at 8pm and left at 9:40. The waiter came to us 20mins after we came in . Food was served after 40min . After 15 min we ordered for '1' chapathi just one. We had to wait another 20min to get that 1 chapathi . Because of this much delay one of my order was actually cancelled. And we just left still hungry and unsatisfied.

Talking about the food don't order stuff that's uncommon like some northern dishes it's just not at all good. Taste like getting a Chinese product (chathan sadanam) .

Also even the common Kerala food is not that good quality.

The only thing I like to eat in this hotel is the biriyani that's it.
