Today I was in the house preparing for tomorrow's movement for Election Duty. I was indeed very busy but I still took some time off to clear my mind & search for a new place.

So I'm at The Verde Cafe in Lumparing. This is my 1st time here. We reached the place & one glance from the outside will not tell you the whole story that is waiting inside. We entered in & we were taken by surprise at how well designed & arranged the place was. Infact I just loved the lighting. There was a big dining space which had a small podium for live shows along with a big screen TV for karaoke. On both ends of the room were smoking spaces, Hookah's are also available on the menu. And yes the menu was pretty cute as it's pasted on the wall so you have to place your order at the counter.

The menu had a wide variety of dishes. It looked nice for photo ops but it got a little confusing for me, perhaps I would still prefer a menu card. Anyway we ended up ordering a Chicken Cheese Pizza (I wanted to order a Pepperoni Pizza; but age is catching up), Drums of Heaven, Coffee (double) & Red Tea.

This place opened in 2017 as a small fastfood joint but has grown well since then.

The order didn't take time. The pizza size was okay for the price & it had a good amount of chicken & cheese but I wished the pizza was kept a little bit longer in the oven to give the base some crunch. The drums of heaven were pretty good & so was the coffee. The red tea though was a little too sweet. Perhaps sugar could be served separately.

Overall a charming evening in a charming place.

Located roughly 2 kms from Laban...there's this really cozy cafe sandwiched between residential buildings that will leave you bewildered if you're not from that area for an obvious reason because the entrance to this establishment is so narrow and slim....mistaken for someone else's house..anyway that door led us to a rustic yet vintage cafe...which is so warm and welcoming. Personally i have enjoyed my time at this cafe offering some nice comfort food...very scrumptious and finger licking...i highly recommend...

Great place with great food with great atmosphere and great price It's a good place to come along with family or even friends for brunch or just a get together too It's also located in a calm and peaceful place Even kids can come along and have fun eating burgers ( one of the tastiest fast food) here .. Even juice are available .. Virgin mojito is a must try...
