Trelly — Restaurant in Meghalaya

I would like to share my experience! Yes that is true (@trelly) Now looks more likely n good enough then before!! And it had been my favourite restaurant. But the staff customers services is very bad totally bad! They’re so unfriendly inattentive and looks like they don’t happy to work there!!😞 I used to come with my friends but this time I came with my Family and I was so disappointed for the customer service ! I have to tell them can you please clean the table or else they just watched us 😞 so disappointed and all time the food was so great n yummy but in that time I came with family it...

Not a good dining-in experience. The big pork momo was filled with just diced pork fat..not tasty. The lime soda was so salty .. it had 5-6 times more than the needed amount of salt. The waitress added soda three time before it was palatable and even then was too salty. The singapore rice noodles were okay but nothing to write home about.

I did appreciate that they used a good quality cooking oil and that the bathroom was neat and done nicely.

I have had good food from here before thru swiggy, so maybe kitchen was having a bad day.

Trelly had always been my favourite restaurant. Sadly there has been a complete change lately on the service . I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received . The staff was unfriendly, inattentive, and seemed completely uninterested in providing good customer service. And especially the lady at the counter. She doesn’t seem happy to be working. Just this week I came and I clearly mentioned not to add something on my food but I guess they did since my body reacted and I had to visit a doctor for that . I hope Trelly can work out on...
