Hopeless Experience – Never Ordering Again

Absolutely disappointed with this restaurant. I ordered Chicken Schezwan Rice and Chicken Chilly, and not only did it take over 1.5 hours to arrive, but the communication was pathetic. Every time I called for an update, I was told the delivery had already left – which turned out to be false. The delivery guy, when he finally arrived, blamed “too many orders” for the delay.

To make matters worse, the food was completely bland and tasteless, making the long wait even more painful. No flavor, no spice – just a soggy, forgettable mess.

I've been visiting this restaurant for years and they've never let us down, tasty food all year round. Don't expect great ambiance or high class service, because it is a general restaurant with tasty food and polite staff.
