The worst place ever. As you can see the size of the bread is also small as compared to the regular street sandwich stalls. Veg grilled sandwich had just 2 slice of bread instead of 3. When asked them about this issue they started arguing that everywhere only 2 slice are given. Also told them multiple times that put enough salad but as you can see in the picture the salad quantity was very very less. You can see the flat sandwich with very less salad. Apart from the sandwich we also ordered chinese platter and the quality of noodles was bad and the gravy was extra salty and the Schezwan chutney served was stale. I have visited this place several times before, but today’s experience was extremely disappointing. The service was absolutely unacceptable — the staff were ignoring customers as if they didn’t care at all. Basic items were not being brought properly, and to make matters worse, the plates and cutlery were visibly unwashed. Even when we requested an extra plate, it took them more than five minutes to bring one, and that too was dirty. This level of negligence and poor service is simply disgraceful. My experience at hot plate fast food was far from pleasant. Not only was my food order delayed by nearly 70 minutes, but when it finally arrived, it was completely wrong. The staff didn’t seem too concerned about the mistake, and it took even longer to get the correct order. By the time I got my food, it was lukewarm and hardly worth the wait.
