I call few days back for combo rice with gravy but they don't have option.. they don't have chicken Manchurian fried rice with gravy chicken Schezwan fried rice with gave we or any combo... and the girl the reception they don't have manners to talk Bull she tell nahi hai alag alag order karo and she was laughing.very bad customer service reception girl is very UN professional she does not have manners to talk she is thinking she only are hotel is best in Bhayandar. There are many option so don't think like that we can order from swiggy Zomato with other Mira road best hotel like Shahi dastarkhan veg world veggies and many more best option then your hotel..... she is very rude.. give her training the reception girl how to talk...

Earlier it used to be nice with good food, now the food quality is totally change. Totally degradable. Ordered Chicken lollipop which was not cooked first they didn't had tandoori lollipop so had to settled with oil fry lollipop, It was half cooked from inside, secondly Garlic chicken with no garlic it was Schezwan dipped chicken. Didn't had the courage to order something after this still went for Sizzling brownie which was burnt and tasted like a burnt brownie. Bill came approx 1200 for the food that tasted like nothing. it would have been better to sit at any local chinese restaurant rather than visiting malini.
