Although it's not as faithful to the traditional spice-mix that gives Indian cuisine, especially the typical north-indian affair, that instantly recognisable palate, Navarang nevertheless manages to leave quite an impression with its superior culinary take on the traditional restaurant experience. Every dish here tastes like something that could come out of your home kitchen and that is every bit of a complement it can be. As an example, the tandoori dishes here are never dripping in excess butter like every other restaurant in the vicinity that tries to copy the taste of the north; primarily because they don't need to. We ordered south indian food 3 times The first time we got hair in the idli and chutney. The second time the idli was stale & had a tangy taste usually stale fermented food taste tangy . The third time we ordered medu vada and got hairs in it . Today we order Chinese triple rice and the rice is stale it smells very bad . Everytime we complained about it the resturant sends replacement food and is always very rude ,and instead of being sorry or apologizing they talk with attitude, even after all this they take 30-45 min more to bring the replacement food . We have to wait twice for food is this even right?? Can't the resturant check if they are sending good food or not ??? We pay the restaurant the least they can do is provide good food. I would request you never go to this restaurant , Yesterday on diwali I have visted the hotel i have order a dosa firstly they say that there is no dosa available as we say we have came to eat a dosa over here so manager have arrange a dosa then i have ordered a mysore masala dosa they have served a dosa with ragada of pani puri not have putted a onion n potato in it as we told the manager that this is not a mysore dosa they told leave the restaurant then i have talk to owner , then owner said ki dont talk to me as we are running a business over 22 year n talkk rubbish language so please i would sugguest to visit other hotel...
